Hawksworth are now recruiting for a ‘Customer Journey Manager’ for a global Consultancy business for a project with a household name Financial Services provider in the UK.
This will be an Inside IR35 Contract, initial 1-year duration, Hybrid working (x2 days onsite per week, x3 days from home per week), Central London location.
Rates; £450 – £500 per day inside IR35 through an umbrella company.. It is important we get the right person for this project.
Role Overview
The Customer Journey Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across products and platforms. The role acts as the voice of the customer within Agile delivery teams, ensuring solutions deliver a seamless and customer-centric experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working in Banking and Payment sector – Essential
- Strong experience in Customer Journey / Business Analysis / Product roles – Essential
- Proven ability to design end-to-end customer journeys
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical delivery inputs
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services (preferred)
- Journey mapping & process modelling tools (Visio/Figma)
- Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Data-driven analysis and problem solving
