Empowering Targeted Youth Support Worker (13-19)

Reading Borough Council is seeking a Part-time Targeted Youth Support Worker to join our Family Help Service. You will work with young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 for SEND), delivering targeted interventions through Family Hubs and in community settings.

You will build trusted relationships, coordinate support plans, and work with families, schools and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and safeguarding. Flexible evenings/weekend work may be required.
