Team Leader
Location: Lisburn
Salary: £13.80 per hour
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)
About the role
As a Team Leader you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, supporting the staff team and the people supported.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the on‑call rota and participating in the on‑call service;
- Covering sleep‑in sessions and receiving additional £60 per sleep‑in;
- Covering day sessions and receiving additional £10 per session.
To succeed in this role you should have:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or willingness to work towards this qualification;
- Experience in adult care or disability services.
Our Independent Living service provides flexible, client‑driven care and support for a wide range of needs.
