THE ROLE
We are recruiting Front of House / Customer Service Staff to join our team. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent visitor experiences in a busy public venue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
– Ticket and merchandise sales
– Managing visitor flow and entry times
– Assisting with seating and session turnover
– Supporting families and school groups
– Answering visitor questions
– Handling payments and basic sales records
– Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in customer service, xwwtmva hospitality, retail, or events
Friendly communication skills
Professional and reliable attitude
Availability for the full contract period
Desirable:
- Interest in science or astronomy (not required)
