Customer Service Advisor — Term Time (Food Distribution)

Bidfood UK is recruiting for a customer service role based in Manchester. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, delivering timely, high-quality service and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.

You will also identify opportunities to improve communication and processes, working closely with depot colleagues to uphold Bidfood’s high standards of service. Bank holiday work may be required.
