Prison Grounds & Facilities Operative

Gov Facilities Services Limited (GFSL) at HMP Standford Hill is seeking a Grounds Operative to support the prison’s grounds maintenance within a CATEGORY D environment. The role runs Monday to Friday, ensuring a safe and well-kept outdoor space and contributing to a secure facility.

Ideal candidates will hold NVQ Level 3 in horticulture, PA2/PA6 pesticides qualifications, strong health and safety knowledge, and proven supervision and organisational skills to support a busy facilities team.
