Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to individuals dealing with substance misuse issues
• Assist clients in developing tailored recovery plans
• Conduct regular check-ins and monitor client progress
• Facilitate group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough case records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals and support agencies
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for clients during recovery

Qualifications

• Experience working with substance misuse clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current substance misuse recovery strategies
• Certificated in relevant fields is advantageous
