Get Set UK is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with mental health needs into paid employment. The role focuses on rapid job search, employer engagement and safeguarding wellbeing, with travel across Mid Essex required to reach outcomes.

You will work with clinical teams, wellbeing services and local employers to match participants to suitable roles, provide in-work support and ensure timely job starts with fidelity to IPS principles.
