SCR social care in Brighton is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team of support workers and deliver high-quality care. The role focuses on empowering service users to exercise choices, rights and decisions with strong safeguarding practices.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and experience with young people with learning difficulties or emotional/behavioural challenges, plus strong communication skills.
