You’re in the right place!

If you’re an experienced Business Change Consultant with demonstrable NatSec domain experience in shaping transformation strategies and ensuring complex change is successfully adopted by the people who rely on it most, this role is for you!

The opportunity

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Support the customer through large-scale transformation and operational transition.
  • Design and deliver communications and readiness activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, manage organisational impacts and remove barriers to successful change.

You’ll be given the autonomy to lead, the support to develop and the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the sector.

What we’re looking for

We’re interested in speaking with experienced Business Change professionals who combine strong consulting skills with the ability to influence, engage and deliver.

You’ll likely bring experience in:

  • Business Change, Organisational Change or Transformation consulting.
  • Stakeholder engagement at AD grade and above.
  • Business readiness, operational transition and adoption planning.
  • Communications, training and benefits realisation.
  • Facilitating workshops and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Delivering change within National Security, Defence, Government or other highly regulated environments.

Clearance

Due to the nature of the work, applicants must hold active Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) clearance at the point of application.

If you’re looking for a role where your work will have genuine impact, where you’ll influence meaningful change and where you’ll work alongside exceptional people on programmes that matter, I’d be delighted to tell you more.
