The Work
You’ll advise an impressive international client base on a broad range of shipping and trade disputes, including:
- Charterparty disputes
- Cargo claims and Bills of Lading disputes
- Casualties, collisions, groundings and sinkings
- Shipbuilding disputes
- Commodity trading disputes involving both soft and hard commodities
- Commercial arbitration and High Court litigation
Clients include shipowners, charterers, commodity traders, shipping companies and leading P&I Clubs, ensuring exposure to sophisticated, cross-border matters from day one.
