We’re looking for an experienced, standards-driven Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping operation and set the quality benchmark across guest rooms, suites and public areas from day one.
What You’ll Own
- Ensuring seamless operations, efficiency and guest experience
- Cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas, with regular quality monitoring and corrective action
- Payroll control, productivity, and schedules management in line with budget
- Linen and cleaning supply stock levels, deliveries, and secure storage
- Security, privacy, and health & safety compliance, including key management and risk assessments
- Brand standards and SOP delivery, resolving guest feedback promptly
- Recruitment, employee relations, appraisals, and departmental inductions
- Team development, training matrices, and attendance at relevant training
- Regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Environmentally responsible practices, including waste management and eco-friendly cleaning products
- Departmental budgets, identifying cost savings and efficiency gains
- New housekeeping procedures and technologies to improve operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years in a similar housekeeping supervisory role, ideally luxury or high-volume
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and COSHH requirements
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with housekeeping systems and operational processes
- High attention to detail and genuine commitment to brand standards
