Job Description:

A shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the department. The post holder will deputise for the department manager as required.

The main unit at UHCW is a 30 station unit which operates Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays, am to 2300 and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays 0700 to 1930

Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, dynamic and experienced nurse to join our team as a Band 6.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the dialysis unit as team leader as part of a flexible working pattern which includes on call responsibilities and weekend working.

We have many resources to support your development with a vast amount of support working alongside our multidisciplinary team. Renal Services provide safe, compassionate and comprehensive care for dialysis patients using a team approach.
