Product Manager

Manchester | Leeds | Blackpool – mostly remote with some travel to these locations expected (expenses are not covered)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support a large-scale, live email service and the ongoing rollout of New Outlook across a major public-sector organisation.

• Role: Product Manager (SFIA – Level 3 criteria / Junior)
• Contract type: INSIDE IR35
• Day rate: between £250-£310 per day
• Initial term: Six months, with potential extension
• Clearance: BPSS
• Location: Manchester, Blackpool or Leeds, in order of preference.
• Working arrangement: Predominantly remote, with occasional onsite attendance for key events and infrequent travel to Manchester or Leeds

The role

You will manage a critical email service used across a large organisation, balancing operational delivery, technical requirements and user needs.

Experience should include:

• Product or service management within a complex environment – we’re looking for minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong email service management experience
• Outlook, ideally including New Outlook
• Email hygiene and data-loss prevention
• Understanding and prioritising user needs
• Managing live services and large-scale technology rollouts
• Ideally worked in public sector – strong preference
