PQE: 5-15 years
Growing US technology business operating at the intersection of AI and manufacturing seeks an experienced commercial lawyer to support its European legal team during a period of change and growth.
Key experience:
- Commercial contracts
- SaaS and technology agreements
- Procurement and supplier contracts
- Partnership agreements
- Data privacy matters
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 5-15 years’ PQE
- Strong technology/commercial background
- Able to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Additional European languages beneficial, particularly French
