Sporting Jobs are proud to be partnering with The PGA in the search for a Tournament Director to join its Tournaments team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tournament professional to play a leading role in the delivery of some of the PGA’s most prestigious events across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of a portfolio of tournaments, acting as Tournament Director, Senior Referee or Rules Official where required. Alongside event delivery, you’ll be responsible for tournament operations, staffing, budgets, venue relationships, competition administration, rules education and the continued development of tournament systems.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience delivering professional golf tournaments, strong leadership skills and an expert understanding of the Rules of Golf. You’ll be an organised and confident communicator, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high-profile events to the highest standards.
The role is predominantly remote, with regular travel throughout the UK and occasional international travel. A competitive benefits package is available, including a company car, private medical cover, enhanced annual leave and professional development opportunities.
