Insight Global are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical environments and enterprise transformation initiatives for a leading global pharmaceutical organisation.
This position requires fully remote working, based in the UK (preference for candidates located near Sandwich, Kent) for a 12-month contract.
The Project Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives across business functions, driving operational improvements, organisational change, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful adoption of change across the organisation.
Must-Have Requirements Include:
- Proven experience delivering projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Strong Project Management experience leading complex business transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated expertise in Change Management and driving organisational adoption.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within highly regulated environments.
Plusses Include:
- Experience delivering large-scale transformational change initiatives.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, R&D, manufacturing, or commercial functions.
- Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Relevant Project Management or Change Management certifications.
