Cotswold Outdoor Group is hiring Sales Assistants, known in our team as Customer Advisors, to help customers choose the right gear and to share friendly, expert advice in-store. You’ll receive full training on services like boot fitting and gait analysis, and enjoy a 40 – 60% staff discount on top outdoor brands.

We offer zero-hour contracts with rotas published 4 weeks in advance, and opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of a team that loves the outdoors.
