Automotive Parts Advisor: Growth, Bonuses & Perks

NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our branch. You will handle customer orders by phone and in person, upsell where possible, and help expand the local customer base.

You will build long-term rapport with local customers, promote offers and discounts, and ensure parts are ordered correctly to minimise credits and returns. The role rewards proactive teamwork and customer care.
