FreightserverecruitmentarelookingforaQualityandComplianceExecutivefora majorFreightForwarder.ThecompanyisbasedintheHeathrowarea.
DutiesInclude:
- SupportingtheHeadofAdministration,conductandmanagequalityand complianceprocessesthroughoutthebusinesstoensureconsistency andhighstandardsaremaintained.
- CompleteinternalqualityauditsofsystemsandprocessesforallUK offices,bothremotelyandin-person.
- Assistinthird-partyauditsofourqualitymanagementsystemsperiodicallyby accreditingbodies.
- Managementandfollow-upofQMSandincidentreporting.
- Completethoroughrootcauseanalysisandintroduceeffective preventativesolutionswherenecessary.
- Takeaproactiveapproachtoriskmanagement,identifyingareasof improvement.
- EngageregularlywithRegionalandDepartmentmanagerstoensure qualityandcompliancegoalsaremet.
- Createanddistributestaffsurveystomonitorawarenessofcompany practices.
- Conducttrainingpresentations/programmes,bothinternallyandcustomer-facing.
- Analysedataandproduceclearreportingtosuperiors.
- Maintainup-to-dateandaccuraterecords,inlinewithrequirements forISOandothercompanyaccreditations.
- Fullyunderstandtheneedsanddriversofthebusinessandhowbestto integratetheseintodailytasks.
- Adoptdigitalsolutionstostreamlineprocessesanddriveefficiency.
- Workcloselyandbuildrelationshipswithcolleaguesatalllevelsofthe business
- Beaninspirationalcandidateandworkresponsiblyaspartofalarger team.
EssentialSkills:
- Aminimumof2yearsworkinginaquality/compliancecapacity.
- AconfidentuserofdigitalplatformssuchastheMicrosoftOfficesuite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint,OneNote,etc),DocuSignandonlineportals.
- Previousexperienceofdataanalyticsandreporting.
- Strongdataentryanddocumentmanagementskills.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunication.
- Theabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithcolleaguesatalllevelsofthe business.
- Anarticulate,creativethinkerwiththeabilitytoshareideassuccinctly.
- Detail-orientedandcomfortableworkingtodeadlines.
- Polished,personableandenergeticpersonality.
- Beabletothinkbothproactivelyandreactively,takingappropriateactionsinanygivencircumstance.
