Job Description:

Copello are seeking an experienced Robotics Training Specialist for FANUC for a 6-month contract to develop and deliver high-quality training materials for employees.

The role focuses on creating engaging training content covering Fanuc robot operation, programming, troubleshooting, safe working practices, and process-specific applications within Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, and offline learning resources for Fanuc robotics.
  • Create training content for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users.
  • Develop process-specific training for applications including blasting, welding, and inspection.
  • Produce operator-level troubleshooting guidance and practical training exercises.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and tailor training accordingly.
  • Support the delivery of classroom and hands-on training sessions where required.
  • Provide follow-up coaching, refresher training, and recommendations for training improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Fanuc Robotics Trainer, Instructor, or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc robot operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating technical training materials for a range of skill levels.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and robotics applications in production environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within manufacturing or shop-floor environments.

Desirable

  • Experience developing structured training programmes and practical workshop exercises.
  • Knowledge of robotics applications including automated blasting, welding, and inspection.

Role will be based onsite within the Bristol area.Role is INSIDE IR35 and client is open to rates.
