Dual-Site Transport Operations Manager

WR Logistics is seeking a Contract Manager for two busy transport operations based at Thatcham (RG19) and Newport (NP20). The role combines operational leadership with strong customer relationship management to drive performance and profitability across both sites.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead drivers and transport staff, ensure safety and compliance, and actively seek efficiency improvements to deliver excellent service levels for key customers.
