Church Engagement Manager (Midlands and North)
We are looking for someone who can develop warm and fruitful relationships with key church and network leaders in the Midlands and North.

Hours: Part‑time (30 hours per week), permanent
Salary Range: Pro rata of £26,551 to £28,075 per annum (FTE £33,189 – £35,094) depending on experience
Role and Responsibilities
You will develop and nurture relationships with church and network leaders across the Midlands and North, applying deep theological knowledge and an understanding of how charities operate.
Your work will involve one‑to‑one meetings, public speaking, and supporting volunteers to deepen Bible engagement in congregations.
Flexibility to attend evening events and weekend services is required, and you will collaborate with churches across diverse traditions and backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Deep theological knowledge and understanding of charity operations.
- Established network of contacts in the church landscape.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking in front of audiences and in one‑to‑one settings.
- Ability to lead volunteers, be a self‑starter, and encourage deeper Bible engagement.
- Flexibility to travel and work around a voluntary schedule.
