The Opportunity

• Become part of a market-leading Corporate Transactions team handling premium private M&A, private equity and infrastructure work.
• Lead significant aspects of transactions while working alongside recognised leaders in the corporate market.
• Advise an impressive portfolio of international businesses, investors and sponsors on strategically important deals.
• Negotiate complex transaction documents, including SPAs, disclosure letters, shareholders’ agreements and joint venture arrangements.
• Take ownership of client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser throughout the lifecycle of each transaction.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border mandates.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen your own profile within the corporate marketplace.

The Ideal Candidate

• Associate or Senior Associate with strong post-qualification experience in corporate transactions.
• Proven experience advising on private M&A, private equity and/or infrastructure transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across the full range of corporate transaction documentation.
• Comfortable leading transaction workstreams and managing direct client relationships.Commercially astute with the confidence to deliver clear, practical advice.
• An enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving international environment.
• Driven to continually develop technical expertise while embracing new ways of delivering legal services.
• Motivated by challenging work and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
