Enably is hiring on behalf of an established B2B software business looking for a Product Builder to own a core part of their customer experience.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
They need someone who can take an idea from first insight through to something live in customers’ hands. That means understanding the problem, shaping the experience, making scope calls, working directly with engineers, shipping the solution and improving it after launch.
Their product is established, widely used and continuing to grow internationally. The team is small, capable and light on layers, so this role comes with real ownership and visibility from day one.
Why this role matters
They do not need someone to simply manage a backlog.
They need someone who can balance customer needs, commercial priorities, UX quality and technical reality, then make good decisions across all of it.
The role covers both the experience used by business customers every day and the customer-facing journey used by their own end users. It is a broad B2B2C product challenge with plenty of room to shape what gets built and how.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning a product area from discovery through to launch and iteration
- Staying close to customers and understanding how they actually use the product
- Shaping flows, features and customer journeys
- Prototyping ideas and making them tangible early
- Working directly with engineering leads from the start
- Making clear decisions on scope, priorities and trade-offs
- Using AI practically to explore, prototype and move faster
- Improving how product work happens when process gets in the way
What they’re looking for
This role is for someone who builds.
You may currently be a Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Founder or working somewhere between those disciplines. The title matters less than the evidence that you can take something unclear and turn it into something useful.
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:
- Experience owning SaaS features or product areas end-to-end
- A track record of shipping products, tools or experiences people use
- Strong product judgement and good design instinct
- Confidence working directly with engineers
- The ability to make progress without waiting for a perfect brief
- Good commercial awareness
- Practical use of AI as part of how you think and work
This role is unlikely to suit you if
- You need detailed instructions before you can begin
- You prefer managing process to shaping product
- You step back when a problem is ambiguous
- You think product work ends when something ships
Why this is a strong opportunity
They offer a broad, important product area to own, direct access to customers and engineers, and a small team where good judgement has a visible impact.
This is a role for someone who wants to make things, not simply manage their progress through a process.
Interview stages: What to expect
- As part of the process, candidates will be asked to share something they have made. This can be a product, side project, prototype, repository, internal tool or something built to solve a problem. It does not need to be polished or commercially successful.
- The first round is a conversation with the COO. This provides a great opportunity for candidates and the client to kick the tyres on the potential fit.
- A short product specific challenge will be given to you a few days ahead of the next interview stage. You’ll present your ideas and thinking, in whatever format you’re most comfortable with, to the Head of Product and COO
- Outcome of the interviews is delivered
Location
- Hybrid in Belfast, N.Ireland or fully remote across the UK or Europe
What’s on offer
- A salary reflective of experience and taking your expectations into account – they are very open-minded and keen to secure the right person, ultimately.

- 35 days’ annual leave
- Private health insurance
- Company pension
- L&D budget
- Home office budget
