We are working with a growing business within the utilities sector that’s looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Support Manager to lead a small team of 5–10 people, ensuring customers receive outstanding support from point of sale through to aftercare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people and creating a customer-first culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and coaching a customer experience & sales support team
- Managing the after-sales customer journey for B2B customers
- Driving service improvements and operational efficiency
- Working closely with sales and other internal departments
- Monitoring KPIs, customer satisfaction and team performance
- Creating a positive, high-performing team environment
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience leading a customer service, customer experience or sales support team
- A background in B2B customer operations
- Strong coaching and people management skills
- A passion for improving customer journeys and service delivery
- Utilities sector experience (ideally)
