I am working with an elite US law firm looking to hire a 3PQE/Class 2023 Private Equity associate. The team works on top of the market transactions, including cross border M&A, equity investments/co-investments and take privates, among others.

You would be working with highly respected partners on complex transactions for a prestigious client base. There is also a good opportunity for secondment.

I am also looking to speak to PE associates from March ’27 qualifiers up to 5PQE, all regarding roles within top US law firms. Opportunities include general PE, infrastructure PE and PE funds. Please get in touch for more info.
