DSAR Review

I am keen to hear from paralegals and lawyers with experience in data protection and Data Subject Access Request reviews for an upcoming project.

The work is likely to involve reviewing and processing documents in response to DSARs, identifying relevant personal data, considering appropriate redactions and escalating more complex issues where required.

I would be interested in speaking with candidates at all levels, including:

• Paralegals with DSAR, data protection or related document review experience
• Junior lawyers able to undertake quality assurance and second-level review
• More experienced lawyers with strong data protection knowledge who could support complex issues and escalations

Previous experience of DSAR reviews or data protection work is important. Experience of large-scale document review, privilege, confidentiality, third-party personal data or redaction exercises would also be helpful.
