An exciting opportunity for you to join an expanding developer who are looking to add a New Homes Consultant to one of their developments in the outskirts of Edinburgh.
You will play a key role in your developments onward success as there’s multiple houses and apartments to sell NOW and ideally, you will have previous experience in a New Homes Sales environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completion
- Conduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyers
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Represent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property sales, ideally within new homes
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with buyers and team members
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Knowledge of the local Edinburgh market is an advantage
