The role offers an excellent balance of contentious and non-contentious work, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their expertise within a specialist practice.

  • Handling discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal matters.
  • Supporting clients with workplace investigations and disciplinary or grievance processes.
  • Advising on restrictive covenants, post-termination restrictions and related disputes.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted employment law adviser.

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with 3 years’ experience in Employment law.
  • Have experience advising employer clients.
  • Be confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision.
  • Enjoy building long-term client relationships.
  • Have excellent communication and commercial awareness.
  • Be proactive, organised and able to work autonomously within a remote environment.
