✅ What you’ll do:
Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business
✅ What you bring:
Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
Great attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication — you explain complex terms simply
Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer is PLUS!
