Service Support Executive – Back-Office (Premium Brands) Up to £35k

Prentice BMW in Portadown is seeking a Service Support Executive to back the Service and Sales teams, delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey. This full-time role supports Service Advisors, handles CRM records, and helps cost retail, warranty and internal repair orders in line with guidelines.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with Saturday on a rota basis.
