We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tenancy Operations Manager to join our Infrastructure Asset Management team in Birmingham.
Working alongside our arrears and asset management teams, you will play a key role in the management of tenancy matters across a diverse portfolio, ensuring lease events, notices, disputes and legal processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with client requirements

You will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving, ensuring work is delivered accurately and to a high stan
