SEND Job Coach — Term-Time, 11 hrs/week, Empower Youth

IEG in Peterborough is seeking a Job Coach to help young people with SEND progress into paid employment. You will assess learner strengths and support needs, build relationships with employers to create work placements, and provide ongoing support to learners and employers to secure positive outcomes.

The role involves monitoring learner progress, completing workplace reviews, and contributing to EHCP reviews, with health and safety processes in place.
