Care Training Lead: Health & Social Care Development

Corserv Care is seeking a Care Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate high-quality training for health and social care workers, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care across Cornwall.

You will lead inductions, refresher sessions and mandatory training, align with CQC standards, and support learning development plans for staff. The role is hybrid, with some travel to sites and a permanent contract.
