Job Description:
LDN London is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to deliver practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in community settings across London. The role is based on a rota for full-time (37.5 hours) or flexible part-time hours, with shifts typically 9–5, Mon–Fri, and some weekend coverage possible.
