Soho House is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for Pen Yen, a Japanese restaurant known for sushi, sashimi and robata. You will lead and coach the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and service under the Head Chef’s guidance.

You’ll drive menu execution, maintain standards, manage labour and costs, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy kitchen culture across Pen Yen and Soho House. A hands‑on leader is essential.
