Sushi Gourmet is recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef Manager to support our teams in Sainsbury’s kiosks in:

• Moortown, 9-11, Moortown Allerton Centre, Leeds LS17 5NY
• Shorehead, Southgate, Huddersfield HD1 6QR
• Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QN
• Wetherby Road, Harrogate, HG2 8QZ
• Monks Cross, Jockey Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9LG

This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, energetic with initiative

• Passion for producing high‑quality, sustainable food products
• Experience in leading people, building confidence and capability within a team
• Understanding of Food Safety & Health & Safety regulations and ability to follow brand standards and company policies
• Reliable transportation for early‑morning commute
• Early riser (shifts may start as early as 6 am)
• Highly organised with a focus on forward planning

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish each shift
• Accurately label products for lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and a safe environment for customers, clients and staff
• Clean workspace and storerooms as required
• Be a skilled multitasker in a fast‑paced environment
• Accountable for kiosk and team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance and meeting EHO expectations
• Learn new skills or improve existing ones

Paying up to £12.96 to £13 per hour, depending on experience
