Head Gardener & Duty Manager — Historic Garden Lead

The National Trust is seeking a Head Gardener to lead a team of staff and volunteers and guide the care and future development of the garden at Lytes Cary Manor. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, uphold high standards of horticulture, conservation and visitor experience, and take on Duty Manager responsibilities on weekends and bank holidays.
