FLT Driver (Counterbalance) – 4 on 4 off Days & Nights Telford £13.53 per hour – 12-hour shifts

• Rotating Days & Nights 4 on 4 off shift pattern The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company operating a 4 on 4 off, 24/7 shift pattern.

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and finished products around site
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Completing routine safety checks
• Supporting warehouse and production operations as required

• Approximately 80% of your shift will be spent on the FLT
• Requirements Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
• ESSENTIAL Previous FLT experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off rotation 12-hour shifts Rotating days and nights
• Pay Rate £13.53 per hour
