Hybrid Customer Service Advisor — 7-Month Maternity Cover

Slough Borough Council is seeking two Customer Service Advisors (Maternity Cover) to represent the Council and handle enquiries by phone, in person and online.

You should be friendly and motivated, committed to high-quality customer service, and able to explain information clearly, stay calm under pressure, and work well with colleagues while meeting service targets.

The role is a 7-month fixed term contract with hybrid working at Observatory House/Slough, with minimum 2 days in the office.
