Changing Lives in Sunderland is seeking a Project Worker for Harbour View, a 9-bed 24-hour supported accommodation service for 16-19-year-olds.

The role focuses on providing care, advice and practical support to young people, helping them overcome challenges and progress toward safer, more independent lives.
