Qualified Social Worker needed for our MASH Team in Liverpool, paying up to £38 ph – Hybrid Working!

- Working Pattern: Hybrid –2 days remote, 3 days office-based
About The Role:
We are recruitingfor an experienced Social Worker to join theLiverpool’sMulti Agency SafeguardingHub (MASH).
The MASH isa dynamic, multi-agency environment whereprofessionalsfrom a rangeof partner organisationswork collaboratively tosafeguard children andyoung people. Bysharing information andexpertise, the teamdelivers acoordinated and timelyresponse to referrals, ensuring children andfamilies receive theright support atthe right time.
Co-locationof partner agenciesenables early identificationof safeguarding concerns, informed decision-making, and improved outcomesfor children andfamilies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage contacts receivedthroughthe Front Door.
- Apply Liverpool’s thresholdcriteria (LON thresholds) to determine theappropriate level ofintervention.
- Analyse safeguarding informationfrom multiple agenciestoinform decision-making.
- Ensure children, youngpeople, and familiesreceive the rightsupport at theright time.
- Work collaboratively withpartner agencies todeliver effective safeguardingresponses.
- Maintain accurate andtimely case recordsinline with statutoryrequirements.
- Contribute to high-quality safeguarding practiceand promote positiveoutcomes for childrenandfamilies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Workerwith Social WorkEngland registration.
- Experience working withina MASH, FrontDoor, Assessment, or Duty Team.
- Strong knowledge ofsafeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, andthresholddecision-making.
- Excellent assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to workeffectively in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.
