Self-Pay Conversion Specialist (Patient Liaison)

Circle Health Group’s Bath Clinic is recruiting a Patient Liaison Officer to support self-pay patients. The role is 30 hours per week, permanent, with a flexible shift pattern within Bath Clinic.

You will convert self-pay enquiries to appointments, respond to inquiries promptly, and work with the NEC and hospital teams to maximise conversion to procedures. You will use strong customer service, sales skills and IT proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word), while maintaining high standards of English
