What We’re Looking For
- Experienced LADO professionals with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Social Work England registered practitioners (where applicable)
- Experience managing allegations against professionals, volunteers and those working with children
- Strong multi-agency working and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory guidance and safeguarding frameworks
