Recovery Worker – 24/7 Mental Health Support

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker for Melbourne View, a 24-hour supported housing service providing mental health support to residents in self-contained flats. You will help residents build confidence, independent living skills and achieve recovery goals.

Shifts include early, late, overnight sleep-ins, weekends and public holidays, with overtime opportunities. Experience in supported housing or mental health is desirable but not essential; compassion and commitment are valued.
