Join the team at Cummal Mooar, where you’ll support older people with a range of complex needs, helping them stay active, engaged and live as independently as possible. As a Social Care Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care, act as a key worker, contribute to care planning, assist with daily living activities and work closely with residents, families and colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

This is a role where your people skills, empathy and commitment to high-quality care will have a visible impact every day. You’ll build trusted relationships, encourage residents to make informed choices and help them remain connected to their community. Whether you’re developing support plans, promoting wellbeing or creating meaningful opportunities for residents to participate in daily life, you’ll use your existing skills while continuing to learn, grow and enhance the lives of older people.
