Lead Practitioner – Trauma-Informed Residential Care

CrossReach in Port Glasgow is seeking a Lead Practitioner to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home for children and young people. You will lead shifts, support staff, and ensure stability, opportunity and belonging for those in care.

You will be an experienced childcare practitioner, skilled in relationship-based, trauma-informed practice, with leadership on shift and a commitment to safeguarding, PVG checks and professional registration. Driving licence required.
