Senior Care Lead — Mentor Team & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants at our care home. You’ll support the Deputy General Manager and contribute to person-centred care, handling medication, assessments, care plans or reviews as required.

We value warmth and compassion; NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is expected, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression to roles such as Care Practitioner or Nursing.
