Senior Occupational Therapist – Home First (7-Day Service)

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Home First Service in Brent. The role involves managing a complex caseload, delivering comprehensive OT assessments, and coordinating discharge planning within a fast-paced community setting.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and person-centred care, covering a 7-day service with flexible shifts across early, late and long-day patterns as required.
